1 Expected impacts listed in the work programme
1.1. It is expected that the developed digital libraries and training tools will be used in engineering schools, universities and small research entities in a generalized mobile, broadcasting and common wireless environment for:
-Improved education practice;
-Management and production of knowledge;
-New personalized learning environment;
-Improved user experience.
1.2. SANANET is one example for a way of management the intelligent content of an electronic library and its tools:
-The proposed project will increase dynamically knowledge based on input data generated and selected by users;
-Possibility to change the learning object by selecting the proper software modules;
-Adaptive and intuitive e-learning system able to configure themselves according to dynamic of the learning procedure based on optimized software algorithm.

1.7. Responsive environments for technology-enhanced learning
Proposed dynamic digital libraries and training tools will cover wireless technology environment and will be used in distance e-learning systems to serve wide trainers and will help the tutors with network simulation and demonstration
1.8. Adaptive and intuitive learning systems in a long term approach
Part of developed digital libraries will be generated in real time by extracting information from existing source databases, technology and service oriented, according to given input data and selected training tools. The source databases will be updated periodically, depending of changing regulatory base and radio communication environment – registered and in operation radio communication networks.
1.9. Faster and more effective acquisition of knowledge, competences and skills.
Distance e-learning systems combined with Information- decision-making systems will cover large amount of students and professionals in all region for a short time. The wirelesses network simulations and demonstrations will support effective acquisition of knowledge, competences and skills in real time with cost effective virtual experimental facilities.
1.10. Module structure of the learning and examination systems
The exploitation plan of the proposed software modules and database is flexible depending of module structure of the examination system. The open source strategy and module structure are the way for latter upgrading of the system, depending of new international recommendation and resolutions. The dissemination plan includes all modules and databases and is speed over the time to assure using the results and correcting on all period of the project.
Developing databases, methodologies, algorithms and software tools using the latest technology will guarantee user friendly interfaces. The methodologies, algorithms and software tools for testing the international databases for satellite networks will reduce the incorrect data. Testing databases and software modules by different specialists on the time of system development will activate optimization of the system. The database with data and limits from international regulations, recommendations, resolutions and from other documents will act to resolve its complexity. The automation the examination of the satellite networks against data and limits in international recommendations, regulations and other documents will reduce the time for notification and coordination of satellite networks.
The harmonization of national and international satellite and terrestrial databases with proposed software modules will help integration of such telecommunication systems.
It is expected that the proposed software modules and databases will be used by administrations, regulators and experts for satellite communication network examination as specific support tools in projects development, satellite network coordination and notification and satellite-satellite and satellite-terrestrial interference investigation.
The proposed module structure the satellite examination system and a list of used options will help its utilization for different solutions and link to other international databases and custom modules.
The training tools for distance learning (e-learning) programs will help the user in investigating electromagnetic compatibility of satellite and terrestrial communication systems and can be used in universities.
It is expected that the dynamic, network-oriented training system for wireless service simulation combining digital content production and management with semantic technologies; user oriented use, access to and creation of correct content will make content and knowledge abundant, accessible, interactive and usable over time by students, undergraduates and specialists. Link between data analysis, theory and experimental validation is needed automation. Automate collection and distribution of digital content and machine-tractable knowledge on wireless networks and their sharing in collaborative environments.
The corporate semantic WEB can reduce costs and improve the quality of content management, information access, system interoperability, database integration and data quality.
2 Dissemination and/or exploitation of project results, and management of intellectual property
Digital libraries will be described in reports and manuals and will be mounted on WEB platforms. Access will be defined in instructions. -Production of databases and digital library content for concerned conditions;
Intellectual property of developed modules will be managed by the rules, defined by management committee in accordance with EC practice.
